WHAT TIME DOES THE STADIUM OPEN?
Friday:
2:30 pm - Athletes/Coaches can enter
Saturday:
7:30am - Athletes/Coaches can enter
Athletes/Coaches entrance is at gate on Ximeno Ave visitor side entrance. Packet pick-up will be located at this entrance as well. Head Coaches need to drop off check and pick up their packet before athletes are allowed to enter. Make sure your buses drop off here to prevent your team from having to walk around the school.
Spectator entrances are located at gate on Ximeno Ave AND gate on 7th Street. Athletes will not be allowed through these entrances.

Team EZ-UPS
Teams will be allowed to set up EZ-ups at the top of the stands, ONLY on the North Bleachers (stands with the yellow press box).
Teams will also be allowed to set up EZ-ups on the baseball outfield, located next to the track. Please stay off the dirt infield.
ATHLETE CHECK-IN & STAGING:
CHECK-IN -Athletes are required to check-in for all running events AT LEAST 1-hour prior to their event starting. Last minute check-in will result in a scratch.
**NEW STAGING REQUIREMENT** -Athletes are required to report to the staging area for lane and heat assignments 20-min prior to their event start time.
Athletes NOT checked in 15 minutes prior to event start will be replaced with alternates.
Field events will check in at the site of their event.

ADMISSION: Adults $12.00 | Students (w/ I.D.) $8.00 | Children (under 5) Free | Military w/I.D. $8.00
BUSES: Buses will drop off on Ximeno Ave (west side of campus) and then park on Park Ave on (east side of campus).
HOW MUCH DOES MY TEAM OWE FOR ENTRY FEES?
ENTRY FEES: $350 per gender or $80 per relay , $39 per individual events ($600 per two gender team cap)
Entry fee payment is to be made on meet day (at packet pickup) by either cash or school check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS! Checks should be made payable to: "Long Beach Wilson” OR "CALIFORNIA RELAYS"
Teams will not be allowed access into the stadium nor be allowed to compete unless fees have been paid.
CONCESSIONS: Full snack bar offered on side of bleachers .
